Our Medication Management Services
Our Medication Management services are designed to support clients in effectively managing their medications and ensuring optimal health outcomes. With the expertise of Dr. Reid and our dedicated team, we provide comprehensive monitoring for clients on Clozapine medication, as well as facilitate the administration of depot injections. Our goal is to empower clients to understand their treatment plans and enhance their overall wellbeing through effective medication management.
When and Where
Medication Management services are available at our SEWB clinic, where Dr. Reid attends every Tuesday afternoon for the GP clinic.
The Clozapine clinic is held once a month on the second Wednesday, providing essential monitoring for clients on Clozapine medication. Clients can also visit the SEWB clinic to receive their fortnightly and monthly depot injections during these visits.
Eligibility
The eligibility for access to Pika Wiya Health Service is primarily limited to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people residing or visiting the Pika Wiya catchment area.
A referral from a GP ise required for certain services.
