About Outreach

Aboriginal Health Practitioner
Outreach

Our outreach service is dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare to the communities of Copley and Nepabunna. We understand that accessing healthcare can be challenging for some, which is why our team visits these areas every fortnight to provide essential services. Each outreach visit includes a multidisciplinary team comprising a doctor, nurse, Aboriginal Health Practitioner (AHP), Aboriginal Health Worker (ANW), administrative staff, and, when available, specialists in various fields. This collaborative approach allows us to address the diverse health needs of the community, from routine check-ups to specialized care. We are committed to making healthcare accessible and culturally appropriate for all members of the community.
