Outreach
Our Outreach service provides fortnightly care to Copley and Nepabunna.
Pathology
Our Pathology service offers blood tests and specimen collection at both clinic and outreach locations, supporting your healthcare needs.
Pharmacy Reviews
Our Pharmacy Review service allows you to schedule a medication review with our in-house pharmacist to ensure your prescriptions are appropriate and up to date.
Rheumatic Heart Disease
Our Rheumatic Heart Disease and Acute Rheumatic Fever service provides prescribed injections and continuous monitoring in line with national guidelines.
Specialist Review Support
We assist with referrals and help prepare you for specialist appointments, whether in-house or at the local hospital.
Transport Services
Our Transport service can arrange a ride to and from your appointment at Pika Wiya.
Wound Management
Our Wound Management service provides ongoing care to ensure proper healing. Regular dressings and check-ups can be arranged to support your recovery.

Allied Health Services
Chronic Disease Care
Our Allied Health Services offer comprehensive care through a multidisciplinary team, including cardiologists, endocrinologists, and other specialists. Some services may require a referral to ensure you receive the appropriate care.
Connected Beginnings
Our Connected Beginnings program supports children aged 0-5 in their transition to school with health-focused activities such as developmental screenings, therapy services, and group sessions. This program is available at no cost to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.
Ears Nose and Throat Health
Our Ears, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Health Program is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of children by focusing on comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care. We partner with local schools and families to ensure early detection and treatment, leveraging the expertise of visiting specialists and community health workers. This program fosters collaboration with Hearing Australia and provides ongoing support to promote healthy development for children in our community.
Men's Health
Our Men’s Health Program provides free health checks, mentoring, and culturally centered care for men of all ages. Led by a local Aboriginal Health Practitioner, the program focuses on promoting proactive well-being and tailored support.
Respiratory & Sleep Health
Women's Health
Our Women’s Health Program provides comprehensive screenings and education across general health, sexual health, and pre/postnatal care. All services are free and available to women of all ages.
Webster Pack
Our Webster Pack Delivery Service ensures organized medication deliveries every Tuesday for eligible clients. Eligibility is determined through an assessment by our Aboriginal Health Practitioner, and clients must have regular GP reviews to maintain their service.

Our Home Visits service offers compassionate support for clients unable to attend counselling at SEWB. Medication Management

Referral Support
